Add support for TXT files

It would be great if InDaisy could read them using it’s TTS, allow book marking within a txt file, save your place, etc.

        I completely agree with this request. This feature is the logical consequence of the ability to add to inDaisy Reader a TTS voice owned by the user. Just for an example, my Acapela Infovox Italian voices.
